As a San Diego winery, each year we participate in numerous events throughout the County, often donating to the sponsoring charity the wines we pour as tastings at the events...
SPECIAL EVENTS
On Saturday, September 25, 2010, we'll be at the Santee Bluegrass Festival. The
City of Santee Park and Recreation Committee (SPARC) is hosting its
first annual Wine and Blue Grass Festival Fundraiser on Saturday,
September 25, 2010, from 5:00-9:30pm at Santee’s Town Center Community
Park. This festival will feature wine tasting, food sampling, silent
auction and a variety of live bluegrass music. All proceeds go toward helping low income families and seniors in the
community to participate in activities availiable from the Santee Parks
and Rec Committee. Cost: $50.00 for a couple (admittance for 2 people); $30.00 for a individual (admittance for 1 person). For more information go to the Bluegrass Festival's FaceBook page (click here).
On Saturday, October 2, 2010, we'll be in Rancho San Diego to help the local Rotary raise funds for its many charitable activities. For the fourth year, the Rancho San Diego/Spring Valley Rotary Club will hold a fund-raising party at the Water Conservation Garden (Cuyamaca College) - the fourth annual La Bella Vida Wine and Food Fest.
Local wineries, breweries and restaurants will donate their wares to the
accompaniment of live entertainment from local artists, including

On October 16, 2010, from 1:00 to 5:00 PM, we'll be pouring wine tastings and selling our wines to benefit the San Diego Chapter of the American Association of Zoo Keepers. The event will be at the Lions, Tigers & Bears facility in Alpine, a truly interesting place.
VIP engagement begins at 12:00 p.m.
Ticket Information:
$100 per person for main event
$200 per person for VIP experience which includes champagne reception and personal experience with exotic cats
$250 per person for special VIP includes all of the above plus the opportunity to feed a lion or tiger

RECENT PAST EVENTS:
On August 14, 2010, we poured our wines as part of a wine tasting event at the quaint restaurant The Vine (in Alpine). The Vine hosted the event and provided light hors d'oeuvres, wine glasses, and a beautiful outdoor setting.
WILD IN THE COUNTRY
Annual Barrel Tasting
Many spent the afternoon in Julian with us and 20 other wineries, tasting some of the best wines locally produced in San Diego at the picturesque Menghini Winery. They met San Diego Vintners and tasted wines that are locally produced from locally grown grapes and enjoy enterrainment and wonderful food - all were part of this delightful annual showcase event. $45 per person.

Young Artist Symphony
Saturday, June 12, 2010, 6 PM to 10 PM. To raise funds to support furthering the
education of the youth of San
Diego County
through the programs of YAS and the Santee-Lakeside Rotary Club
San Diego County Fair (Del Mar Fairgrounds)
This year at the County Fair, every day from 4 PM to 5 PM, three San
Diego County wineries poured wine tastings. We poured our wines on Sunday, June 13. Tasting is free with admission
to the fair. Each day, wines from three San Diego County wineries will
be offered.
On April 24, 2010, we donated our wines and services for ElderHelp's
Wine & Dine-Dance! Dance! Dance! at the Hard Rock Hotel. With our
help, Wine & Dine made over $104,000 and had over 675 people at the
event! This is great news for the San Diego seniors served by ElderHelp. All the funds raised from this event will go right back into ElderHelp's programs.
On December 5, 2009, we poured wine tastings and sold our wines for the Lions, Tigers & BearsHOLIDAY PARTY. Come join us and other local folks for an afternoon at this special animal rescue ranch. Here's the details: When: Saturday, December 5th from 1pm to 5pm

On October 10 and 11, 2009, we helped to raise money for the San Diego Unified School District by participating in the LA JOLLA ART & WINE FESTIVAL. There was something for the entire family including entertainment by local performers, gourmet food vendors, a silent auction, and the wine and beer garden. Where To Buy Our Wines
We expect to soon be able to sell direct from this web site and ship to anywhere in the state of California (sign up for our email list below and we'll notify you when we're set up for that). You can also find our wines for sale in several local retail locations, including the Lyons Valley Trading Post, Jamul Liquor, and Alpine Liquor.
We're also in two Albertsons grocery stores - The Alpine location and the downtown San Diego location (Market and 14th Street). If you want to have our wines available at your closest Albertsons, ask the liquor department manager next time you're shopping there (you're sure to get quicker results then if we simply call to solicit the liquor manager at your location). They can get a store-to-store transfer from The Alpine Albertsons.
